- Safety is ALWAYS the number one priority. As a cricket and strength coach we are trusted by our athletes and clients to guide them on their way to improved physical health and performance. It is our job to act responsibly and look after every individual as best we possibly can.
- We will train no further than technical failure. Why? Well at the point where technical failure is reached the potential for injury is far greater. This is not where we want to put our clients especially in the gym under heavy loads. The body is telling us it can’t handle another rep. It’s important to listen to what the body is telling us!
- Smart Training – We base our training methods on scientific research and deliver the right amount of exercise to enhance performance. No more, no less.
- ENYOYMENT – We strive to provide an environment that is fun and exciting. We want to be the best part of our client’s day.
